At Christmas Lighting Supply, nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction! We stand behind every product we sell, and every order is backed by our No Hassle Returns policy.

Simply contact our Customer Service team at 866-758-1257 for any return/exchange inquiries. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order, for any reason.

REFUND: Refund for non-damaged, non-defective merchandise will be processed in the amount of the purchase price, minus the cost of actual shipping on your order. Your refund will not be issued until the return is received and inspected at the store.

EXCHANGE: Exchanges for non-damaged, non-defective merchandise will be processed free of change, minus the cost of actual shipping.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: In the event that the merchandise is defective, you may return it for an exchange or refund at no charge, including all shipping and handling charges.

Your return/exchange must be pre-authorized by Christmas Lighting Supply. You will receive detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number when contact our Customer Service team..

Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached. All returns must be sent insured via registered mail, or any other delivery service that provides the ability to track your package.

Please note, you must contact our customer service team. The warehouse cannot process your return without the proper Return Authorization. All orders are subject to the return policy of the online store when your items were purchased. This policy applies to Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Merchandise.
