Shipping: When will my order be shipped?

Most orders placed before 2pm EST during business days are shipped on the same day for orders that are paid with credit card without any complications. Orders placed after 2pm or during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day, but may take up to 2 business days during high volume. Orders with expedited shipping are processed first, and if placed prior to 5pm EST, may ship the same day, but there is no guarantee.

UPS & FedEx: We have made it very easy for you to check the status of your order and track your shipment during transit with UPS. When you place your order, you are given an order number. Your purchase order and order number will be confirmed with an e-mail. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you near mid-night on the date your package is shipped. During transit of your package, you may enter your tracking number at the carrier's website. (www.ups.com or www.fedex.com)

US Postal Services: Online tracking is currently not available to locate USPS packages during transit. However, you may track the delivery confirmation of Express Mail, Priority Mail Global Guaranteed, domestic Priority Mail, and Parcel Post except those shipments to APO/FPO addresses. We'll send you a tracking number (Receipt Number) after a package is shipped. You may then use the tracking number to track your package delivery at the USPS website. (www.usps.com))

Shipping: My package was damaged during shipping

Please report the damage immediately by contacting us.

Yes, we do. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations will be estimated at the checkout process, however these charges may need to be revised based on final shipment method and customs requirements.

If you live near Charlotte, North Carolina, please contact us to determine whether you may arrange for local pickup.

Shipping: What's the cheapest way to ship to my address?

The cheapest way to ship is normally UPS Ground. However, UPS Ground does not ship to PO Boxes and non-continental US addresses.

Order Processing: What is the typical order processing time?

Orders are typically processed the same day they are placed. During periods of high volume, your order may be processed within 1-2 business days.

Order Processing: What's my order number?

Your order number is a numeric number and is shown in several ways. First it is shown on the online order confirmation immediately after you place your order. Second, it is shown in the subject of your first order confirmation e-mail. Third, your order number is also on the subject of the second e-mail confirmation. Finally, you can review all of your order history by logging in, and selecting 'Account Details' from the 'My Account' menu.

We encourage customers to reference your order number whenever you contact us by e-mail or phone.

Order Processing: May I change my order?

Yes, you can revise your order by sending us and email via the Contact Us page if you placed the order in the last business hour or so. Please reference your order number on the subject. You can add or delete items from your order. We may adjust the shipping accordingly. However, we cannot guarantee that the changes will be made on time since we process and ship orders very quickly during business hours.

Order Processing: Something is missing from my order

Please check all the contents inside the packages and double check the quantity for the item you ordered on our website. After logging in, select 'Account Details' and then the corresponding link to the order in question.

Order Processing: I don't like the product I ordered/I placed my order incorrectly

If you received the product within the last 30 days, make please Contact Us for a RMA Request or credit/refund immediately. We will issue a refund/credit once we receive the item.

Restrictions: The following items are NOT refundable: opened software, defaced products, and products obviously damaged by end-user.

If you received the product more than 30 days ago, we will honor the warranty for defective products. For more information, please review our Return Policy.
